well, there are tons of people out here that don't know why they do what they do ? what is there destination ? where they are and where they wanna be ? I went through this stage myself and thank God I am out of it now.... I think, its a divine plan that directed me to write this blog. first let me congratulate you, as you are reading this message. believe me, you have already put your first step towards your direction. Now let me share with you guys how I came out of it. Ofcourse it was not me who did it but its the blessing of God who is guiding me, step by step. and i am still moving ahead on the path till I'll reach to my destination. few months back i suffered from the same situation as most of the people have shared here, suffered from anxiety, diagnosed depression, started taking anti-depressants blah blah blah.....and now I THANK GOD for all this happened to me. why? because it was this situation which opened my eyes, I realized that I am not here to live ordinary life as most of the people on this earth live, but I am here with some PURPOSE.Everyone has the Purpose, just we need to find it or let it find us. yes you have read correctly, LET IT FIND US. just we need to have is :
1. Belief that I will find it for sure.
2. stick on finding it..
3. patience.
How to start with? as I said earlier, you have already started, you have taken your first step. Yes you did it.
step 2. Have a firm belief that you are not alone. you are not simple human being but having the seed of that divine power with in you. He is there to guide you and He will guide you. just surrender and ask Him to hold your hands and guide you and He will.
step 3. Start meditation. ohhh... i think I have requested for something very difficult thing to do Many of you must have started so many questions / excuses in their minds...Meditation... no i can't do this...its very difficult....I am not that spiritual.I don't know how to do it... blah blah blah.....well, let me tell you a very simple meditation how I do. 1. sit at a quiet place, ALONE , wearing comfortable clothes.2. ask everyone not to disturb you.3. anywhere, on floor, bed, chair you feel comfortable. 4. In any position you are comfortable....lying on bed is not preferable as you will sleep 5. Just relax your self, take few deep breathsand what you need to do is Watch your breath... inhale and exhale..inhale and exhale..breath as you naturally breath. don't try to force your beathing. only focus on your breathing nothing else....no thoughts.initially it will be little difficult because there are lots of ripples in your mind but its okay. dont force yourself. when any thought come in your mind dont force it. simply focus again on your breathing..start with 10 mins and increase the time gradually. you will notice that your mind will get relaxed, more focused, sharp memory...blah blah blah (i am not writing a book okay )if you wanna know more, just read some good books on meditation :) Make it your daily practice, like you eat daily.
step 4. Wash your mind. start thinking positively , no negative thinking....Let me remind you again. you will take time, don't expect over night results, In 20, 30 years of our lives we have put a very think layer of Rust on our mind.. it will take time to clean.
step 5. Do your self analysis. ask your self what is your passion in life. what are your values, your interests. what you love reading .. what makes you work for 20 hours a day without tiring...Do you personal research..Don't try to find your answers outside. Its inside. your mind knows it. let you mind Free. it will definately tell you. the ANSWER.there are lots of books, self analysis material available on net. you can take help of it. but do it yourself. don't take it for granted what people think you should do or what people want you to do..
step 6. When you get the answer.. Just ACT, Find out the 3 things that you should do daily which will move you towards your Goal. don't delay it for tomorrow.. tomorrow never comes...and one day you will be at ur destinationMay God bless you...............
